We are now looking to expand our European sales team with a Key Account Manager within Mobility Aftermarket with focus on Off-Highway and Large Engine Customers in the Nordics.

Job description
As Key Account Manager you will take Bosch Automotive components and bring these into new applications of Nordic Original Equipment Manufacturers in the field of agriculture, construction machinery, stationary engines. You will also ensure spare parts sales to dealer networks and distribution experts for off-highway customers. Your focus will be to maintain and develop strong relationships and partnerships with clients, whilst proactively seeking new opportunities to grow our business and identifying new customers. Together with the European team, you will take care of strategic topics such as market analysis, market requirements on new products and industry trends to grow our business across the region. The role is mainly sales and business development relevant, however it also includes coordination of engineering tasks since you will work closely with the customer engineers, logistics and product managers.
You will be preferably stationed in our offices in Gothenburg, alternatively Kista where the nearest sales teams are located. The role will require travel to our customers within the Nordic countries, esp. Sweden and Norway.

Your profile
To be successful in this role you have a significant sales experience in Business-to-Business of technical products. You understand engineering offerings and have the ability to present customer requirements to propose solutions and benefits which meet customer requirements. You are strategic, results-oriented, outgoing and a like thinking outside the box but can incorporate processes. Furthermore, we see that you can recognize growth opportunities and are willing to travel outside of Sweden.
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or similar.
Professional experience in sales and/or business development.
Experience in customer acquisition and negotiation.
Knowledge of Original Equipment Manufacturers or similar is preferable.
Strong communication skills – English and Swedish fluency is required.
