An exciting opportunity to be part of developing and growing the Danish market within a fast-growing international company.
Here's the role we're looking to fill: We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and grow retail & food service within the Danish market. What you will be expected to do:
- Spokesperson for Oatly in the Danish market, embrace and share our Oatly values and ways of working to our Key Accounts and collaboration partners.
- Manage and develop excellent customer relationship.
- Achieve business growth together with the customer.
- Responsible for a healthy pricing strategy and contract negotiations.
- Accountable for all communications with the customer.
- Overall, you ensure that Oatly is recognized as a key partner to our customers with the objective of growing our joint business long-term.
- Plan and book campaigns including planning and executing yearly negotiations with customers.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams including the Nordic Commercial Team, Supply Chain, Finance, Innovation, Quality and Creative.
Who do we need? Besides having 5 years relevant FMCG experience preferably within food or similar area, you are an outspoken team-player who is service minded and flexible with a positive mindset.
We also hope that you tick the following boxes:
- Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or similar educational background.
- 5 years of work experience within Key Account Management towards Grocery and Retail trade.
- Advantage to have worked towards Food service.
- Passionate about food safety, quality and sustainability.
- Strategic thinker and executor.
- Responsible for customer gross and net sales budget.
- Working knowledge with Nielsen data.
- Excellent communications and negotiation skills.
- Passionate, persistent but above all a good listener.
- Translate customer needs into value adding solutions.
- Result driven with ability to keep both short-term and long-term goals in mind.
- Ability to create strong relationships with customers.
- Well organized.
- Excellent Computer Skills (MS Office).
- Fluent in English and Danish is required.
- Travel required 20-50 days per year
