What you will do?
In the role of Key Account Manager you will be part of a wonderful and committed team of salespeople who are scattered throughout the country. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our customers while you process new ones. You will have Denmark as your main area, which gives you the freedom to be independent and plan your work. Your customers are builders merchants and you will work with strong brands such as Pinotex, Sadolin and Nordsjö. Your main tasks are:
• Drive sale to another level in the organization
• Develop sale and digital marketing towards DIY market together with Marketing
• Work across the entire organization to optimize collaboration with the sale organization, customer support, demand, marketing & finance for benefit of our organization and customers
• Prepare small & large offers for customers
• Prepare forecasts for the organization
• Work with the in-sale towards our customers
• Work with pricelists, assortment, and general support and development in collaboration with the customers


This is a permanent employment starting as soon as possible. Location is flexible, but preferable around Copenhagen, as you will work from home and from our Malmö site in Sweden. You will report to Area Sales Manager Denmark.

Who you are?
To succeed as Key Account Manager, you preferably have experience from a similar role as KAM or AM. You have a strong ability within the digital sales and marketing area. You likely come from retail with knowledge and experience in handling campaigns among others. Preferably you have experience in selling into a retailer´s HQ and optimizing sale in the builder’s merchant. You are willing to negotiate with larger customers in the future.


As a person you are extremely independent, have self-discipline and thrive on your own responsibility. You are structured in your way of working and understand the importance of planning your activities, as well as reporting the outcome of them. Goal-oriented, relationship building and customer-focused are words that describes you. You can deliver results by motivating and developing your customers through a professional, serious, and honest attitude. You are good at building long-term relationships and have the ability to communicate with many different types of people and customers.


We assume that you have an education in Business to ensure a certain level of business understanding and ability to work towards customers with prices, new products, negation and marketing. As well as good knowledge of Danish, both orally and in writing, as well as basic knowledge of English, both orally and in writing. It is required that you have good data/IT experience as we use CRM systems and MS Office.
