The Role
Orkla Wound Care B2B Sales organisation in Solna is growing its already successful team and we are now looking for a driven Key Account Manager who would like to continue building our new concept within Animal Care. The products have a great potential and it will be your main responsibility to secure a strong and profitable sales development for the Animal Care concept for existing and new B2B clients within the veterinarian field in the Nordics. Initially you will report to the International Sales Director and work closely with Marketing and other support functions.
Your main tasks would include: Develop and recommend yearly customer business plans
Initiate negotiations with new clients and finalize agreements together with your manager
Prioritize and decide on client investments within a given framework
Support customers to develop their business with the Animal Care concept
Monthly follow ups with clients, forecasts and reports and suggest actions to reach their goals
Continuously develop and maintain client contacts
Ensure agreed ROI for client activities
Ensure structure and control of the clients' businesses and discounts
Ensure optimal distribution
Take active part in relevant congresses, fairs and events
Your Profile
The successful candidate should preferably have a Business Degree or equal, and a minimum of 3 years of experience from B2B sales with a budget responsibility. We also believe that you have experience in building a new business, negotiations contracting as well as documented successful sales results. You have to be focused and show ability and potential for improvement from a market- and client perspective. Experience from Veterinary and/or Medical industry is a great advantage.

Basic marketing understanding
Creativity to motivate clients and their sales forces
Fluent Swedish and English skills
