Your ‘day to day’
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing some of our accounts in Sweden. This position will report into the National Key Account Manager and be located at our office in Stockholm. The Key Account department consist of 8 talented colleagues that has our consumers at the core, we transform as a company and in this role, you will have the possibility to contribute with your high impact on our results.
Within your accounts, the role will involve:
• Develop the investment strategy & contract negotiations and ensure compliance of client agreements through regular monitoring. You will have responsibility for our Key Accounts with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with our clients.
• Identify, lead, and capture business building opportunities, by regularly measuring and analyzing programs performance and effectiveness, benchmark against competitors’ activities in the channel to identify and address potential opportunities for upgrades and improvements
• Lead the development of competitive account strategies & activation plans, in line with the defined channel strategies, to deliver market share increase and profitability
• Lead the preparation and implementation of commercial programs & initiatives for these accounts, by ensuring proper communication of brand cycles, new brand launches and line extensions, in order to maintain superior brand support and flawless execution of designated activities
• Drive together with the Digital Engagement team for contributions to our digital trade platforms to increase retailer engagement and loyalty
• Work in close cooperation with other internal departments to ensure smooth service to key accounts, such as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance and Marketing, as well as relevant external 3rd parties




If you have the following profile, we would love to hear from you!
• Bachelor or Masters degree in relevant field
• 5+ years’ experience working with client management, key accounts/sales, ideally within FMCG industry
• Evidence of strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder manager experience
• Ability to work cross functionally with other departments and colleagues
• Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize workload and problem solve
• Fluency in both English and Swedish
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute to our culture
