Key Account Manager to Consafe Logistics

At Consafe Logistics Business Development Team, your role will be to counsel our existing accounts and offer them our market-leading logistic solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). By proactively working with your customers' processes and systems, you build and maintain business relationships on operational and tactical level.

You work with a team of colleagues, including application consultants, solution designers and developers. Your role in the team is to develop and execute strategic and tactical account plans, to ensure profitability and good customer relations. You will be responsible for app. 20 existing customers negotiation and contractual procedures. This role will report to the Division Manager in Lund, who is part of the Swedish Management Team. The role includes travelling, about 3-5 days a month. Our headquarters is in Lund, but we also have an office in Stockholm. We are open for applicants located around Lund or Stockholm.

Who are you?

You are goal oriented, enjoy teamwork and long-term customer relations. To be successful in this position, you have experience in handling long term customer relations as well as business B2B solution sales. Experience from logistics and /or business IT systems and is meritorious. We believe that you have a university degree or similar.

Many of our customers are in an international market so speaking and writing fluent English and Swedish is needed.
