We are looking for a driven Key Account Manager to join our Wholesale team in Stockholm, a key role in growing our wholesale business with global marketplaces/Partners even further.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the relationship, strategy and selling of a couple of external wholesale partner accounts as well as being an informal leader in the wholesale team. You will report to the Wholesale Manager.
Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be the spokesperson for Weekday towards our external partners and develop strong relationships
Drive and maximize the selling to external partners towards set company goals and strategies and find opportunities to grow a profitable business. Monitor, analyze and respond to the selling and the needs of our partners
Strategically plan and secure that we offer and provide the right assortment per partner
Drive set goals and coordinate towards internal functions, mainly Buying, Production, Marketing, Logistics, Accounting and Business Tech
Be an informal leader to the accounts Coordinators that you will coach and collaborate with on a daily basis
Be active in developing and continuously improving the way of working



Qualifications
We believe you have strong salesmanship, drive and constantly seeks to improve the business. You also have excellent communication skills, builds strong relationships and has a genuine interest in fashion.
We would love to meet someone who:
Have a few years of previous experience from working with Sales or Buying, preferable as a Key Account Manager, Buyer or Merchandiser. Previous experience from working towards external partners and wholesale is a great advantage
Have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with many different types of departments and roles as well as different external partners
Are driven, proactive and make things happen - a doer with a “can do” attitude
Have excellent problem-solving skills, able to identify and analyse problems to find appropriate solutions effectively and proactively
A strong team player with experience of leading, delegating and developing others
Thrives in a fast-moving environment and are comfortable switching between strategic work and hands on implementation
Fluent in written and oral English
