TitanX Engine Cooling is hiring a Key Account and Project Manager

The Key account and Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the Customer Development vision is carried out in the Customer Development Team to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. Included in this scope is project quality, timing, capex and intangible cost, as well as variable margin and overall satisfaction related to the customer.

The Key account and Project Manager must actively support TiSIX, Ti10, Project Handbook and TSDP, IATF16959, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and support all necessary activities to fully implement all management systems into all aspects of TitanX operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage his/her Team to drive profitable new business opportunities as well as improve profitability of existing contracts.
2. Develop and implement plans to obtain new profitable business within existing customer base.
3. Prepare and present project status to PMC and PSC if escalation needed, prepare monthly status reports.
4. Utilize the program management tools found in the TitanX Structured Development Process (TSDP) to manage and launch all assigned projects successfully, which is defined as being on time and at or below committed levels for costs and investment with targeted quality
5. Develop and update the risk analysis and the project management plan. Continuously manage project team to reduce overall risk on the projects assigned. Escalate when necessary
6. Lead multi-disciplinary project teams to provide for the completion of tasks outlined in the time plan in accordance with customer milestones.
7. Propose annual Tech Prod budget and maintain rolling 12-month forecast for his/her platform

SUGGESTED REQUIREMENT PROFILE

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical field; MBA preferred; five (5) years of work experience in business development, sales, marketing or project management with a focus on the Heavy Truck Market. A technical background would be a significant asset; good judgment and analytical skills; ability to generate future business; specialized training within product line; sustained record of sales achievement and complete knowledge of the organization's policies and products.

Education & Professional experience:

Bachelor or Masters degree (Sales,Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, Purchasing or Engineering)

Competences & Skills:

• Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis
• Communication skills to coordinate with customers & internally, and obtain expected results
• Methodical & organised to efficiently administrate shipments
• Analytical & IT skills (extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system set-up)

System & Languages:

IT: Good SAP & Excel skills.

English: Good level mandatory to communicate with stake-holders (internal & external).

Competences & Skills:

Result-driven, proactive & able to work under pressure to resolve crisis

Communication skills to coordinate the job.

Team-worker attitude to secure internal projects

Analytical & IT skills (extract mass data, review & analyse to improve system set-up)
