Would you like to be part of one of the most influential contributors in the future of telematics? As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic individual to join our Key Account department at our Stockholm office in Sweden.
In this role, you will be a part of the global key account organization that develop and manage our largest accounts. As Key Account Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities together with the rest of the Large account department. Join us and be a driving force in the evolution of telematics excellence!
Some of the things you will be working on:
- Develop a structured and strategic pipeline to achieve the department's goals.
- Gain a deep understanding of ABAX Solutions and their ability to address challenges within Key Accounts in Sweden.
- Take the lead in guiding customer teams through tenders and pursuing new business opportunities in Sweden, collaborating across departments in the Large Account organization.
- Introduce innovative ideas and perspectives to the Large Account Organization and contribute to the overall growth and development of ABAX.

We believe you bring:
- Several years of significant experience in sales or account management, showcasing a proven track record of achieving results.
- Expertise in relevant positions with a focus on developing business opportunities, especially with larger accounts.

Excellent verbal communication skills (written and verbally) in Swedish as well as English since this is our corporate language.
- Proficient in common computer skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience from new sales with a good business understanding in B2B.
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, leasing, service sales, and/or solution sales, or similar business areas.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.

Our hiring process
1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but - early in our process we aim to do an objective screening with recruitment tests from our supplier Master
2. Short interview on the phone or Teams to find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.
3. In-depth interview with one of our recruitment specialists and the hiring manager - focusing even more on who you are and also - what you know.
4. Second interview with hiring manager and one other stake holder, could be a team member for example - to get to know each other even better. At this stage, we might also have a case exercise - focusing on how you would to the work.
