Key Competence Manager Sealing Technologies

At the heart of what we do!Sealing Technologies are one of Tetra Pak's Key Competencies.Our key competencies are defined as crucial for the successful execution of the company strategy, are specific to our business and are difficult to obtain externally.It is critical they be developed within Tetra Pak.
We are now recruiting a new Manager for Key Competence Sealing Technology, reporting to Director Key Competence Engineering & Automation.This organisation of 50 people consists of three teams that are located in Modena and our two sites in Lund.
In this role your responsibilities will be to:

- Drive and deliver functionality to new and existing products
- Deliver & secure key processes or technology application
- Provide leadership in understanding and developing individual and group competencies and ensure we apply our leading competencies to solve customer product related problems
- Manage a portfolio of established and new techniques/technologies and manage relationships with strategic suppliers or partners
- Set and enforce appropriate technical standards and SOP's and take technical responsibility for key component Lifecycle Management.

Kvalifikationer

The person we are looking for has shown strong leadership capability with particular emphasis on the ability to drive for results and to collaborate with peers and customers.Prioritising and delegating comes naturally to you and you have the ability to manage both ambiguity and what often is percieved as conflict when dealing with issue resolution .

Your experiences include management of people together with experience from product development.You have a University degree in Engineering or equivalent.You have proven strong managerial capabilities and are able to understand what an organisation needs.Former positions have given you the opportunity to work with both customers and issue resolution.A background that has given you an understanding of operational issues, field service and manufacturing would also be an asset.

The position will involve travelling, principally between Modena, Italy and Lund, Sweden.
