Work responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive guest and team engagement. You will help our Head Chefs to manage the kitchens in order to achieve consistently high levels of service, efficient administration, optimize revenue and sales opportunities.

The position is full time and you work daytime, Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

• To administrate all kitchen related services
• To manage the daily operational growth, profitability and drive improvements in staff and guest satisfaction
• To be a part of a high performing team in order to achieve business goals and service standards
• To ensure effective and timely communication with both guests, colleagues and vendors

This includes for example:

• Scheduling all kitchen staff in accordance with swedish law and related collective agreements
• Planning and preparing our kitchen operations in an efficient way
• Placing orders and keep in contact with vendors
• Handling invoices and inventory
• Monitoring forecast, targets and KPI’s
