KITCHEN MANAGER Main Job Specification: A Hard Rock Cafe manager is responsible for every aspect of the business. Our multi-faceted leaders must be able to operate within non-negotiable company values and drive the business in the following areas: - P&L Accountability - Facility Management - Inventory Control (Product & Food Cost) - The Employee Life Cycle (selecting, hiring, training, developing, and retaining employees) Skills: - Self Accountability - Innovation - Problem Solving - Modeling - Strategic Thinking - Communication - Coaching and Development - Impacting and Influencing Minimum Requirements: - College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required. - Minimum of 2 years supervisory and hospitality industry experience required. - Minimum of 3 years experience as a leader in a high volume restaurant & entertainment venue. - Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
