We are the first japanese restaurant in norway with focus in authentical japanese comfort food that are not sushi or ramen. We would like to give our customers an authentical experience of japan. Hence we are looking for someone with experiences within japanese cuisines and are able to develope new authentical dishes with time.

Kitchen manager experience, IK system, HAZIP, Japanese hot meal, Japanese pasteries
Norwegian and/or English speaking (English is mandatory)
