It's Sunday, you fold up the upload, scan the email and check this week's agenda. Recruitment in Oslo, Bergen and Kristansand. Regional meeting with a bunch of fantastic store managers to talk about our HR focus now and at the same time get input on the latest pulse survey. Meet with a regional manager to discuss working methods in the future and set up an action list of prioritized recruitments, stores and initiatives. Furthermore, in a meeting with our supplier of recruitment systems - How can we increase the candidate experience and at the same time streamline our time? The week ends with a short reconciliation with the HR team and follow-up of all KPIs and objectives for the year. It´s a lot going on, and you love it! The newly washed blue Kjell & Company shirt is hung to dry and you ensure that the goodie bags for the week's candidates is packed and ready. One night's sleep, then go out and make a difference!

You will be part of a growing HR organization where today we have a team that works with all HR in stores across national borders. Others in our HR organization are our development team with a focus on education, leadership, culture and much more. Then we should not forget our offices with all the group functions where our new HR team is heading in. As our new Talent Acquisition & Development Partner in Norway, you will work closely with our entire HR organization, sales department and store managers, where one of your primary tasks will be to recruit fantastic store employees to your region and support with daily HR operations.

Examples of tasks:


• Recruit fantastic store employees
• Ensure and develop on-boarding as well as the recruitment process with a given candidate experience in focus
• Follow up, develop and work strategically with set KPIs and objectives
• Support regional managers, store managers and salespeople with daily HR operations
• Together with the HR team, run Trainee programs and educations
• Last but not least, Deliver world-class service to our internal and external customers

We would like you to have at least 2 years' experience of broad HR work and recruitment. If you have HR experience in Retail, we see this as an advantage.
