The Technical Author assures that all the technical relevant information required to support the consumer care organisation is available before a new product is launched. The technical author is also responsible to generate contents required to support the diferent channels of consumer support , web self service and contact centers.


Key Operational Responsibilities:
-Creates and updates service-manuals together with R&D, technical experts & factories in different countries - Follow and participate on product development with R&D, technical experts & factories in different countries - Creates and monitor content relevance in the customer support Knowledge management Database - Investigates possible problem-solutions for customers and/or technicians together with R&D, technical experts & factories in different countries

Competencies Needed:
- Engineering academic backgound (mechanics or electronics)
- 3-6 years of professional experience, ideally spent in advanced technical roles (about mechanics, hydraulics, thermodynamics and electronics, IT) - English fluent in writing and talking - Proactiveness, good communication skills and customer orientation
