The core of your role will be to develop business and people together in the context of our learning offer, customer facing planning tools and being the direct manager to the team of specialists. We want to create new ways of reaching out to and interact with retail partners and the co-workers out on the shop floor by introducing new communication platforms to transfer knowledge.
You will be main speaking partner to stakeholders like IPEX and CBF setting the tactical and strategical agenda for KBA. You will be responsible to lead the work to identify short- and long-term implications on co-worker knowledge for co-workers facing the customer or working with customer facing communication whether in digital or physical touch points.
We want you to lead the development and maintenance of learning solutions designed to increase knowledge in the range and you must secure availability of the learning solutions in the different learning portfolios and on relevant digital platforms.
You will also lead the work to create or brief the learning solution development according to given scope in agreed time and cost meeting the business needs. To lead the review process of existing learning solutions and working in close collaboration with the content owners to ensure that content is relevant and up to date.
