Knowledge Management Contribution Strategist

Job Description
iZettle is staffing up to help our rapidly growing developer experience effort in the Partnership Area. You will get the opportunity to work with other talented people and teams to help us create a best in class developer experience for our industry. In order to do either role effectively, you meet the teams to know who they are and what products they build. And work with the teams using their own workflows (e.g. Jira & GitHub).
About you:
We believe the successful candidate will have a technical mind set and ideally previous experience working with API or SDK documentation in tools like GitHub, Swagger or Postman. Why? Because in order to know what you are writing about, you need to have first hand experience with the material you are describing!
The role is to drive and implement our docs contributor strategy across the product teams we are asking to contribute. This person will work as a member of the developer experience product team in order to administer the tooling contributors need to contribute effectively and efficiently. They will also have lots of important stakeholders to work with. Here are some examples:
Feedback from designers and data from analysts to understand contributor needs.
Feedback shared by the Content Strategist on content needs of teams.
Discussions with all the product teams on how they should be contributing documentation (e.g. how your process works).

The right candidate for this role is able to effectively synthesize all these inputs in order to form their own point of view and propose changes to our contribution model, strategy, and tooling. The result will be more regular, up to date documentation from all product teams who contribute
