Our bars are at the forefront of that mission, delivering amazing beer & customer service at all times. At BrewDog Bar Malmö, we have been living and breathing craft beer and tasty burgers for over five years now!


About The Role
You’ll be working in a small team, led by a kitchen manager, to deliver our ever-popular burger, nachos and wings menu. We're looking for someone to work up to 50% in the kitchen- our bar is open 7 days a week, lunch til late, so shift times will vary.


About The Team
You’ll be led by a super experienced General Manager and Kitchen Manager alongside a team of passionate & confident individuals. Made up of team in the kitchen, on the floor & behind the bar. We are a small but tight family at BrewDog in Malmö and the bar & kitchen work very closely together, we are looking for cool personalities that focus 100% on delivering the best possible guest experience in our hop temple.


About You
We are looking for an awesome, part-time chef that will be ready to hit the ground running at our bar in Malmö. You'll be serving up our super popular burger menu, developed by BrewDog, and working to deliver the best possible food in good time to an exceptional standard for our hungry customers.
You have a few years of documented experience in the kitchen with similar duties, (experience from burger restaurants is a massive plus) you understand the economy of a kitchen and the importance of food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
