Grand Hôtel Mölle is for more than 50 years run by the Dahlberg Family. Except the hotell with its famous restaurant the family is also responsible for Höganäs Saluhall and the food trademark of Höganäs Delikatess Original - HDO which honors the refining of all the goodies from the Kulla peninsula.
Stunning view and exciting nature - In the magnificent Maritime diningroom with its ceiling paintings as well as down by Mölle harbour in "Båthuset", the best of food in Skåne and Sweden is served.
Quality and creativity with the best of local rawmaterial, ecological vegetables, fish and meat, locally produced. The cuisine is inspired by the best and most delicate combinations of the world in a modern interpretation.

Grand Hotell Mölle is open all year around and our guests is a mix of internationell business guests, conferece guests and tourists. We serve breakfast, lunch, a la carte, conferences, buffe, weddings, corporate parties, christmas buffe etc.
We are now recruiting creative and experienced Chefs that have a burning interest for cooking and specifically so with focus on the genuine Indian cuisine.
As a Chef you have a close cooperation with our full kitchen team, you master the genuine Indian cuisine and you are also into "Indian Fusion Cooking".
You have atleast 5 years experience from cold and hot kitchen and like the variations from lunch, a la carte, party and catering. You are a trained Chef and/or have a broad and documented experience of the Indian cuisine and a great interest in cooking, rawmaterial and of working in a flat organisation with a teamspirit.
You always want to offer our guests excellently cocked food and you handle rawmaterial with knowledge and respect for taste, hygiene, economy and environment. You have creative ideas, energy, and working spirit that you would like to share. You like to work with others but can also take responsibility and dont mind to sometimes work by your self.
As a person you are knowledgeable and goal oriented to always achieve the best and effective work mode.
You are fluent orally and in writing in Indian and English, Swedish is a merit
