Best Western Hotel Corallen ligger vackert beläget med havet som närmsta granne strax utanför Oskarshamns centrum. Vi erbjuder 75 hotellrum, konferenslokaler för upp till 70 personer samt en förstklassig restaurang.

Hos oss kommer du att arbeta med konferensluncher, luncher för större sällskap, á la carte samt bistro-servering. Restaurangen har öppet alla dagar i veckan.

Vi ser gärna att du har flera års erfarenhet av arbete som kock, att du är van att arbeta under eget ansvar och att du drivs av utmaningen och tar egna initiativ.
Du är en person som ser möjligheter, som är kreativ och engagerad och som brinner för att leverera smakupplevelser utöver det vanliga

Located in the beautifull town of Oskarshamn, in the Southeast of Sweden, Hotel
Corallen has a beautiful panoramic view on the Baltic Sea and the "Blue Virgin"
island. Hotel Corallen has also a modern restaurant that offers first class food and
pleasant atmosphere all year round.

We serve lunch to our conference guests but also to other larger pre-booked parties.
In the evenings we have an À la Carte menu based on the season's ingredients and
a wide selection of dishes, for all tastes. Not to mention our "Sailing menu" on the
week-ends.
We are now looking for two Chefs to join our dynamic and creative team!

Main tasks and requirements
You have at least two years' experience as a Chef
You are god at working independently as well as in team
You are creative and meticulous
You have good knowledge about food hygiene and speak English fluently

Type of contract: permanent
Salary: individual salary depending on experience but also based on the Swedish General Agreement on wages. In addition to the salary, we pay supplementary allowance for inconvenient and extra working hours.
Working hours: 40 hours a week
