Om företaget

Pharmaceutical Development, a department within the scientific function Global Medicines development, employs approximately 500 people. Pharmaceutical Development designs and delivers the active drug product (including formulations, devices and packaging) required to support new medicines. Likewise, we design and deliver products to be used in toxicology studies or clinical trials, and we develop technology to ensure that drug products can be scaled up for manufacturing on a commercial scale.
Pharmaceutical Development (PD) Systems Team is responsible for ensuring Operational Infrastructure in Sweden/ Mölndal. Operational Infrastructure cover Application Portfolio Management, Information Management, Operating Model, SHE, Communication and Engagement, Facility Management, Capital Management, Equipment Management. PD Systems should be providing guidance and support related to Who to Contact for What? Who Decides What? What Goes Where? PD Systems should also be able to provide central super users for tools and processes based upon what our Drug Projects and our Scientists need. PD Systems strive for Simplification and to ensure Added Business Value in everything we do.
The Senior Information and Communication Specialist will be an important player to ensure that PharmDev’s Achievements are recognised both internally and externally as well as to be a key player in driving PharmDev Mölndal Site Team Activities and Plan among other things.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

The role
• Proactively identify stories and strategic initiatives within the department via efficient networking and information gathering process, and help managers communicate messages to their staff.
• Drive Good Information Practice
• Contribute to the Global and local communications plan, ensure that the departments information is included and shared efficiently in Newsletters and Updates etc.
• Coordinate the departments Site Management team to ensure maximum value and right focus, and coordinate and Drive scientific events from a Communication and Engagement Perspective
• Align to what Site Management team is driving, and ensure positive visibility of the department via different types of internal and external media, globally and locally.
• Lead of the departments local Communications network as well as member of the global Communications network of Global medicines Development. Close collaboration with global Communications manager.

• Interested in what technology can do for Communication, Collaboration and Information within an organization and be creative with proposing structured, efficient and customer adjusted solutions that will simplify for the Business.
