WHAT CAN WE OFFER?
As a new trainee undertaking this 2 year program you will work in a functional role while benefiting from a clearly defined structure of training. The program is designed to unlock your potential and prepare you for an exciting career in KA.

Program structure
During the trainee period you will work in a regular position and be part of a departmental team. This will give you in-depth expertise in one function. You will be given responsibility for a project, as well as other practical challenges. You will have permanent employment from day one.

The first year is designed to give you in-depth expertise in one function. This will be your "home-base" during the trainee years. In your job you will be given responsibility for a project, as well as other practical challenges and your direct manager will be your coach. You will have permanent employment from day one.
During your second trainee year you will attend to several cross-functional trainings in Production, Finance, Market, Purchasing, Program management and R&D. The intention is to give you a more comprehensive business understanding of KA through workshops, business cases and meetings with mangers from all business areas.

Normally our trainees end their program by travelling abroad to a plant or office in the same business area that you will be working in. This 2-3 month stay may be an opportunity for you to work, live in and learn about another culture.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for ambitious, determined and talented individuals who can to take us forward in the world of automotive technology.
It is essential that you have leadership and management potential and possess drive and ambition to succeed in everything you do.


Your profile:
?A Master of Science in mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, engineering cybernetics, industrial economics, or other relevant areas.
?A strong academic record.
?Preferably international experience from studying abroad or equivalent.
?A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
?Relevant skills/experience through internships/extracurricular activities from student associations or similar.
?Potential and ambition to become a future leader.
?Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
?Preferably fluent Swedish, written and spoken.

We are aiming to hire three new Trainees in Sweden within the functional areas Operations (in Mullsjö), R&D (in Mullsjö) and Purchasing (in Gothenburg/Mullsjö). Please mention the preferred functional area in your application.
