You want to work in one discipline or alternate between different ones, for example;
System analysis and system planning
Project management, or partial project management
Technical specialist
Requirements analyses
Technical architecture and design

It all depends on what you prefer to work with and develop further within. You will work in a varied consulting role, either in a project that can be "in-house" or on assignment outside of a customer. The customers we work with are mainly authorities, the defense industry, but also civilian companies, for example in the automotive and aviation industries.
We promote skills development and conduct our own educational activities within the framework of the AFRY Academy. You can train in, for example, Systems Engineering and ILS.
You want to make a difference together with us and contribute to community engagement and strengthen Swedish defense capabilities.

Requirements specification
We want you to be at least a university engineer in a technical field or have equivalent work experience. You have or have had a technology-related role from defence, the defense industry or related areas. You have a good understanding of the systems life cycle process. As many of our customers are authorities, you should be able to express yourself well in both Swedish and English.
You are a team player with a sense of responsibility and a lot of self-motivation.
Daily commuting to our customers is included as a natural part of the service. Longer business trips may also occur. Assignments abroad may also be relevant, mainly within the Nordic region.
Our assignments are varied and some are in security-classified areas, which means that you must undergo a security clearance before starting with us.
