MultiMind is looking for a korean speaking Business Analyst to our client, a large international company. This is a long term consultant assignment.



KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & JOB SCOPE



Create, revise and develop MBO guideline based on management strategy and company evaluation Implement guidelines quarterly / half year basis Distribute and communicate monthly KPI report and follow up vs. guidelines Monitor, check and approve payments vs. performance and guidelineson quarterly / half year basis for all staff Performance review & analysis Process improvements within Business management, Sales and Business Control Super user of Business information system Monthly Business Performance report KPI company evaluation “ownership” (Monthly, Half year and Full year basis) Analysis and its f/up for improvement Standardize internal reporting structure

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED



A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field from a four-year university




EXPERIENCE



2-4 years in similar role with multicultural environment




SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES



SAP knowledge (or similar business system) Advanced Excel spread sheet preparation skills Fluent in English and Korean (written and verbal) Understanding of financial documents based on corporate business philosophy Strong time management skills Good communication skills Self-confidence, Crisis awareness Problem solving skills
