Korean speaking Service coordinator to multinational company

Rekryteringsgruppen in Stockholm AB are now looking to hire an Admin Specialist to one of our customer´s Nordic organization. Our customer is a multinational electronics company with offices located around the world. You will be working for them at their office located in Kista, Stockholm.

We think that you are logically minded and have the capability to analyze data to identify trends/issues/etc. The right person is able to check data in detail as well as having a general overview allowing you to see the connection between our different processes. You are solution oriented and enjoy solving different business issues as well as being creative - within given framework. You have the ability to plan your own work and the ability to prioritize. Last but not least- we need you to be fluent in Korean since you will be having regular contact with colleagues from South Korea.

Work tasks


* Support manager with MBR and ad hoc report and presentations
* Create, update and maintain mapping for internal and external processes
* Support internally with data and analysis for miscellaneous tasks
* Monitor and inform status of KPI to Admin manager


Your Qualifications


* Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory
* Knowledge how to create macros in Excel/PowerPoint is preferable
* Preferably you have experience from the service industry and/or customer service oriented business
* Experience of working towards deadlines
* 2 years' experience of similar assignment including data analysis and KPI follow up is preferable
* Fluent in Korean and in English is required (both written and spoken)
