Description
The Business Analyst/Technical Project Manager will be responsible for collecting and validating requirements as part of supporting implementations of One PIM and its improvements. This includes; define, configure and optimize various product master data processes and stages including; data ingestion/acquisition, standardization/enrichment and data provisioning using PIM.
Expectations and tasks:
- Be responsible for the communication around the daily use of One PIM (Informatica P360) during implementation, rollouts and usage.
- Be responsible for collecting and validating requirements leading up to further development and improvements of One PIM.
- Define, configure and optimize various product master data processes and stages including data ingestion/acquisition, standardization/enrichment and data provisioning using PIM.
- Provide support to the divisional teams on how to work and utilize the One PIM solution.
- Have a tight communication with the Global PIM Manager on plans, roadmap and strategic initiatives.
- Have a tight communication with the Global PIM Architect and being able to support in technical areas such as solution, integrations etc.
- Take an active part in the standardization and harmonization of product data. Support the definition of various product master data processes and stages including data provisioning using PIM.
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Structured and organized.
- Hands-on experience within the product master data management area, preferably Informatica P360 or similar platforms.
- Have worked at least 3 years as a business analyst within a large, global organisation.
- Experience as a Technical Project Manager and/or Technical Coordinator
- Want to take an active part in the standardization and harmonization of product data.
- Have excellent communication skills; have an analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- The ability to build relationships with key contacts and empathy for cultural differences is part of your personality
