Description

As a requirements and test manager, you work closely with the customer's project manager, the business and the development team by working with users and ensuring that what is developed in the portal meets their requirements. You plan the work and conduct workshops, capture, analyze and prioritize the requirements of the business. In the next step, you ensure that the development teams actually deliver what is ordered and coordinate acceptance tests together with the business.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Academic degree
- 5+ years experience in requirements, as a requirements manager / business analyst
- Experience of testing, especially acceptance testing
- You have a good understanding of agile development
- Can speak and write Swedish and English fluently
