IT Systems Administrator

Important growth areas in the Group are packaging within retail and e-commerce and the envelope market within Eastern Europe. The Group has annual sales of approximately SEK 1.8 billion and about 1,200 employees in 13 countries.
We’re looking for a system administrator eager to use and grow his/her technological skills within international organization. In this role, you will oversee systems and assets, maintain, implement hardware solutions, and provide assistance for users.


Requirements
• Good all-round IT-technical knowledge.
• Understanding of ERP systems.
• Server and / or network skills.
• Knowledge within security.
• Knowledge in MS 365 and MS operating system.
• Knowledge with SQL.
• Structured at work, customer focused, team oriented
• Flexible and able to work as the business requires
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to prioritize workload in accordance with agreements and the SLA
• Speak and write English
• Willing to travel
Your future role
• Prepare guides and documentation.
• Administration of Windows Servers.
• Proactive identification and respond to events impacting IT systems and applications.
• Proactive in looking for solutions to re-occurring issues.
• Provide solid 1st to 3rd line support (desktop and infrastructure).
• Implement IT system changes.
