Our client is a well-reputed multinational in the automotive industry Volvo Action Service, with an international contact support centre, based in Gent-Oostakker, Belgium. The contact support centre delivers aftermarket solutions for trucks, busses and Penta around the globe.
Description:
You work in the Volvo Technical Support Team, where you act as the first point of contact for customers with technical queries. Your task is to understand the customer's questions and needs in their native language, and operate as an external and internal communication element. You will assist the technical support engineers by collecting, registering and conveying essential information required for solving the problem. You will also update the customers on the status of their case.
Your profile:
. A1 or University degree, or equivalent in experience
. Good knowledge of English, Swedish and 2 other European languages.
. Customer-oriented with good spoken and written communication skills
. Technical interest is an asset, but not nessecary!
. Willing to work in a shift system (6-14h, 8-16h, 11-19h, 14-22h)
