KCI Medical AB is a a fast moving Medical technical company and we´re searching a colleague to strengthen our Nordic Shared Service centre in Gothenburg.
We are searching for an assertive, self-controlled and positive person that is able to carry the multiple daily tasks in the important role of our customer service representative.
Do you speak and understand Danish and Swedish?
Do you have experience from service related work with customer contacts before and are a self driven team player, fast learning and enthusiastic?
You may just be the person we seek.
You will at all time professionally support our Nordic external and internal customers including outsourced partners with all sales queries, requests and follow up requirements.
You are our first point of contact to our customers and in this role you will:
? Professionally and accurately handle daily processing of external and internal customer enquiries by phone, fax and email
? Receive customer complaints and other customer calls, ensuring these are communicated to the responsible complaint handler in the Nordic service center for accurate recording and processing
? Complete and handle additional duties and projects that may arise from time to time as requested
? Order system management to ensure accurate customer records, contacts and order system data
? Support Sales in marketing activities and mailings
? Product mailings, compiling of materials as well as taking care of the office product stores
? Cover all four Nordic countries and support to outsourced partners on a daily basis
Minimum qualifications:
? Bilingual in the Danish and Swedish language
? Very good English speaking, reading and writing skills
? Customer service oriented and a good commercial sense
? Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats
? Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines that may require extended working hours
? Capable of working independently yet as part of a team
? Strong organizational skills.
? Approachable personality with professional customer/service focus
? Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualification:
-High School Certificate.
-Completion of additional customer service related courses viewed favorably.
-Shown experience from other service related work
-Good references
