K2 Rekrytering & Entreprenad är ett bemannings och rekryteringsföretag som arbetar med uthyrning av personal inom produktion samt rekrytering av skandinavisk personal till utlandet. Vi söker nu ett antal nya medarbetare till ett telemarketingföretag i Skottland. PURPOSE OF JOB: * Making outbound calls to existing customers, on behalf of well-known computer company. * Promote and sell range of warranty and support services while delivering outstanding levels of customer service. * Contribute to the success of your team, and of the business as a whole, by achieving qualitative and quantitative targets. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: . Work with the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and quality targets . Build rapport with customers, and create a need for the product . Ensure sales pitch on every call is fully compliant . Record all relevant information accurately on the customer database . Work with your Team Leader to achieve your Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets . Participate in on-going training to develop relevant knowledge and skills COMPETENCIES: Essential: . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to deliver excellent customer satisfaction . Ability to gather information from customers, and use this to close the sale . Working as part of a team to achieve set objectives . Fluency in English and Swedish or Norwegian Preferred: Experience of working in a sales environment
