ABOUT SAMPORT Samport specialises in helping banks, large merchants and system vendors handle the demands of secure, effective and cost efficient transactions, whether through payment over the Internet or in retail stores.We make this possible through our two market leading products; Samport LETO and Samport ZEUS. JOB/WORK DESCRIPTION: Within the department Customer Service, Samport needs to strengthen the crew capacity.As a crew member of the customer service department, you will work and cooperate daily with several other crew members.You will have direct contact with Samport's retailers and customers, assisting them to solve their issues and questions through phone calls or emails.The role also involves daily contact with acquiring banks and other financial institutes' world wide.Samport's owned developed administration tools will be constantly used in this role.You will report directly to the Department Manager or a team leader.This role is located in Halmstad, Sweden. WHAT WE ARE SEARCHING: You have/are: - minimum 2 years of work experience of customer service related jobs - fluent in Swedish both in writing as well as speaking - fluent in English both in writing as well as speaking - used to work with complex solutions and you learn easily - comfortable at working in teams - good to handle several issues simultaneously - well familiar with Microsoft Office products - service minded You are an outgoing person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and enjoy working in teams.
