The job: We are currently looking for candidates interested in moving to Belfast and work for a market leader with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service. You will have individual targets and the main job description includes . Working in a team environment and provide excellent Customer Service and Technical solutions by e-mail, chat and other forms of live communication. . Provide a positive and professional service with a high level of quality at all times. . Take incoming calls when requested . Take on ownership of problems to make sure a resolution is provided. . Be active within the team to develop your self as well as other members in the team. . Other duties as requested by management. We are looking for candidates who are native-level fluent in Swedish with a minimum of 6 months experience from a customer service environment (face-to-face or Call Centre) and always perform on a high level. You have excellent social skills and are able to sense the customer problem. You are goal oriented with attention to detail It is an advantage if you have a technical interest and very good keyboard skills.
