Veritaz is a fast-growing IT-consultant firm. Our company is made up of insanely bright people from over 4 countries, and we are located in Sweden, UK, US and Pakistan. The voyage has been incredible this far, but it is only the beginning.
We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Support Team E – Handel with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
During the autumn, the company will switch from ATG to OSP for our e-commerce system. This will take place in 350 stores, with the goal of migrating 30 stores per week. The role entails providing assistance to the stores during the migration. You will have many points of contact with retailers and within the company, which will necessitate sensitivity. In your role, you will work and collaborate with many different parts of the e-commerce organisation to provide first-rate business support. The job entails daily phone and email contact with store employees.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
· You have experience and expertise in customer service and support.
· It is a strong advantage if you have store experience, or if you have picked goods in a store yourself.
· You provide excellent customer service, both in writing and over the phone, and your personal service level is high.
· You are familiar with and knowledgeable about Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
· To thrive in this role, you should enjoy working in a changing environment and be willing to take on responsibility.

Language Requirements: Mastery of English & Swedish language in both speech and writing is required. It is advantageous if you have good oral and written skills is Swedish.
