Academic work söker just nu för kunds räkning kundtjänstpersonal, heltid. Academic Work är bemannings- och rekryteringsföretaget för studenter och unga akademiker. Vi är idag Sveriges största arbetsgivare för studenter och har ungefär 1 600 konsulter ute på uppdrag varje månad. Välkommen till framtiden! Information om uppdraget: We are looking for Service co-ordinators, who are some of the most important staff in our company. They are the first person a customer will contact and therefore are the face of the company. A positive person with a caring attitude is therefore the most important requirement. We are looking for Danish speaking staff . These positions involve shift work, including weekends. The role: Working shift work in our newly refurbished operations area, located at Mejerivägen 9, in Liljeholmen, we are easily accessible by public transport. Handling Technical assistance cases when Scandinavian clients breakdown in their cars in their home country and abroad. Handling Medical assistance cases when clients become sick abroad. Contacting with Hospitals abroad, Liaising with our own Doctors and Nurses (some based in our offices in Stockholm) and arranging flights to bring them home. Handling V.I.P services. This includes anything from arranging flowers to be sent, to making restaurant bookings or arranging Theatre tickets. Problem solving is what it is all about. You must record details accurately, work out the best solution, agree what you will do with the client and then provide the required solution in a timely fashion. The Company: Whilst Europ assistance is relatively new in Stockholm, it is part of a well Established parent who is one of the leaders in the Assistance Services Market. We have been operating for over 40 years. We have 50 companies operating in 33 countries together 208 agents providing assistance services in 208 Countries and Territories. We are dynamic and will become a major player within the Nordic Region. Krav på person: Skills Checklist: You will need to speak, read and write English, Swedish and Danish to a high standard. You need to be computer literate. You will be a team player, and also be able to work using your own initiative. You will have a positive outlook and be motivated even on days when not everything is going to plan. You will be flexible in your approach to work. Experience: Experience in any of the following areas would be very desirable Any experience working for an insurance company particularly within the motoring or travel areas would be an advantage. Working for a car dealer or with a mechanic environment A medical background. Working in a telephone based customer services rol.
