Kvinnlig hemvårdare till äldre par / Female caregiver to elderly couple

Vi söker en positiv och empatisk kvinnlig hemvårdare till ett par i 90-års åldern.
Du kommer att arbeta i parets gemensamma hem i närheten av Borås.

Arbetsuppgifter:

Du kommer att hjälpa till med den personliga omvårdnaden samt ta hand om deras gemensamma hem.

Kvinnan är mindre rörlig och behöver hjälp med hygien och omvårdnad. Hon behöver också hjälp med social och fysisk stimulans samt stöttning när hon tar sig runt i hemmet.
Du kommer också att hjälpa till med hushållsnära tjänster och vardagliga sysslor såsom städning, tvätt, matlagning och att hålla hemmet i ett bra skick.

Du som söker jobbet kommer att bo hos vårdtagarna och får en egen bostadsdel med alla bekvämligheter.

Om anställningen:

Arbetet är heltid och arbetstiderna är förlagda dagtid Måndag-Fredag, eventuellt kan jour nattetid förekomma.
Lönen är marknadsenlig månadslön. Mat och logi tillkommer.
Tjänsten inleds som en provanställning på 3 månader med möjlighet till förlängning.

Utbildning/Erfarenhet:

Vi vill att du har erfarenhet av liknande arbete och om du tidigare har arbetat med äldre är det ett stort plus.
Vidare vill vi att du är respektfull, social och att du tycker om att vara tillsammans med och hjälpa äldre personer. Vi ser helst att du talar svenska alternativt god engelska, detta för att kunna kommunicera med vårdtagarna i det dagliga arbetet.

B-körkort är ett plus.

We are looking for a positive and empathetic female caregiver to an elderly couple in their 90s.
You will work in the couple's home near Borås.

Tasks:

You will help with the personal care as well as take care of their shared home.

The woman is less mobile and needs help with hygiene and care. She also needs help with intellectual and physical stimulation and support when she moves around the house.
You will also help with household services and everyday chores such as cleaning, laundry, cooking and keeping the home in good condition.

You who are applying for the job will live with the care recipients and get your own living area with all amenities.

About the employment:

The work is full-time and the working hours are located during the day Monday-Friday, possibly on call at night.
The salary is a market-based monthly salary. Food and accommodation will be added.
The position begins as a probationary period of 3 months with the possibility of extension.

Education experience:

We want you to have experience of similar work and if you have previously worked with the elderly, it is a big plus.
Furthermore, we want you to be respectful, social and that you enjoy being with and helping older people. We prefer that you speak Swedish or good English, this to be able to communicate with the care recipients in the daily work.

B driving license is a plus.
