KYC – Administrator wanted!

You’ll be part of the Onboarding Specialist team located in Stockholm, focusing on making it as easy as possible to become a customer. As an KYC – Administrator you are responsible for the continuous onboarding of new merchants. You are the central part of the communication chain between the customer, Sales and Customer service when a new customer is onboarded. The role consists of both daily routine tasks and the development of new processes as the product grows. Your key tasks and responsibilities are;

- Performing KYC and other risk assessments on merchant applications from the Nordic countries and DACH
- Create and set up merchants in back-end systems
- Monitoring of existing merchants through routine tasks and trigger-based events
- Fraud and chargeback handling
- Continuous improvement of internal procedures

The assignment is a full-time position that will start as soon as possible and runs for six months with a chance of extension. You will be employed by us, StudentConsulting but will work as a consultant at the client's office in Stockholm. Office hours apply.

Din profil
- You have experience within KYC and risk assessment.
- Fluent in one of the Nordic languages and English.
- You have an analytical approach, together with a customer-focused mindset and team player attitude.
- You are also easy going, self-propelled and are a quick learner.
