Your Mission
As a Lab Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our technological evolution. Your tasks include the development, preparation, and execution of laboratory tests, working with solutions that are both disruptive and reliable. Your work will be instrumental in crafting a competitive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and shaping the future of our product portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
* Prioritize safety: Protect yourself, your colleagues, and future end users.
* Plan, execute, and document lab tests to perfection.
* Develop, adapt and rebuild lab equipment to meet project needs.
* Collaborate closely with R&D engineers, creating smart test strategies.
* Work cross-functionally to design prototypes for full system validations.
Your Profile
We’re seeking someone with a broad technical understanding and hands-on experience in high voltage systems. As a self-starter, you work confidently toward shared goals. You’re passionate about experimentation, executing and documenting lab tests with precision, and driven by curiosity to engage with new technologies and challenges.
Other qualifications:
* Academic background in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, or related fields, or equal experience.
* Laboratory expertise: Testing electrical systems, electromechanical systems, control systems, and advanced measurements.
* Experience in research labs or with mobile machinery is an advantage
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, Swedish local terms and conditions will apply.
