Job Description
As a Label Responsible you will work in a creative team and be responsible to run projects and develop labels and packaging for Collaborations & Special Collections. Ensuring that there are the right labels and packaging for all products at the right time at the right price in the right market. This means that you will work on both a strategic and an operational level. You will handle project management on copy work for new materials on labels and packaging. It is also your responsibility to ensure that we follow H&M's guidelines for communication, legally and ethically. In the development process you work closely with Merchandisers at the production offices regarding choice of label, packaging, stitching, placement, cost. You will also work close with Sustainability department and copywriters to secure right information on labels and packing.
Your responsibilities:
Work to find new innovative materials, technologies, innovations and solutions for packaging.
Product development dust bags and garment bags.
Ensure that any hangers and shopping bags are developed and delivered on time.
Link labels on product in Castor/PLM system.
Work to fulfill H&M’s packaging strategy and with constant improvements on how to make labels and packaging more sustainable (great focus reduce).
Create instructions for placement and stitching.
Close collaboration with the project group.
Coordinator and act as “spider in the web” for all contacts involved in the projects - agency, legal, sustainability, external agency, innovators, PO (GLD), NCG, Business Tech, Visual,
Start up the assortment team for the current project and set clear deadlines for assortment
Ensure that we have a graphic profile for each project. Hold start up, create timelines etc.

Experience from a similar role in an assortment office
or
Experience from GLD in a similar role
Educational background in textile, communication, graphic or similar
Experience from project management
Good understanding of materials, fabrics etc
A flexible mindset
Fast problem solver
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication skills
Structured and organized

This is a full-time temporary position for one year with placement in Stockholm.
