This position is based in Uppsala, where Thermo Fisher develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. The job:


We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Labelling Strategy & Development Manager. You will lead the IDD packaging and artwork strategy and share it throughout the product portfolio lifecycle. You will also have the responsibility of leading cross functional teams and drive alignment of labelling activities including marketing, R&D, manufacturing, regulatory and supply chain to achieve the perfect packaging and labelling configuration. You'll need to secure supply and labelling compliance with applicable requirements for new product launches, product care, safety updates and other core labelling programs.






How will you make an impact?


• Build strategic road map for long-term management of labelling changes
• Develop and maintain a well-defined and efficient process from change request to implementation
• Lead role in early packaging and label development
• Global product leadership for strategic and tactical planning in label change projects
• Subject matter expert for usability aspects of packaging and labelling
• Lead packaging and label change projects and secure associated deliverables for launches, country/area specific changes and other labelling focused projects
• Support/assist the Regulatory filing team in proactively responding to labelling clarification requests
• Proofread artwork and ensure accuracy Right First Time (RFT) of the information by ensuring alignment with reviewed/approved product guidelines and regulatory guidelines
• Drive improvements for high quality and cost-efficient solutions






How will you get there?


• Bachelor's Degree, or Master’s Degree (preferred) in Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain and experience in R&D, Operations, Regulatory or Quality environment
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (both written and oral)
• Experience working effectively across different cultures, multiple functional areas and in complex matrix environments
• Experience in leading teams in a project setting preferred
