Renewal & Development is function for research, technology and development within the Perstorp Group.Today more than 100 people are working in our R&D centres in Sweden, Finland and India.R&D comprises analytical chemistry, application development, catalyst development, immaterial rights and information service, organic chemistry and process development, R&D is project oriented, market driven organisation working in close collaboration with business, market and production units.

2 Laboratory Engineers

Process and Catalyst R&D develops new oxidation catalysts and offers technical service for catalyst business and their customers.As a member of our group you will prepare different solid catalyst samples in laboratory and pilot scales and test them, operate different sophisticated laboratory and pilot scale research equipment and pilot reactors both for catalyst development and technical service purposes.

You should have a basic Academic chemistry education, B Sc (min 120 credits) or equivalent.It is required that you have knowledge about chemical processes and practical skills to build and maintain small scale technical equipment.The work is quite much hands on type of work but also requires capabilities to understand and operate advanced research equipment.
You will work together with skilled colleagues from different scientific disciplines and countries using state-of-the-art tools and equipments.You should be a good communicating team player, but also take initiatives to improve and develop the equipment and work procedures.

The positions are located at Perstorp R&D Centre, Perstorp, Sweden.
