Laboratory engineer GMP to XNK Therapeutics

XNK Therapeutics is a clinical stage, immunotherapy company focusing its efforts on preventing and treating cancer by developing novel NK cell-based therapies. The company has established a leadership position in the clinical development and manufacture of autologous NK cell-based products using its proprietary technology platform.
The company is currently in a phase of expansion. The cell therapy platform is being further developed for multiple indications and the company is just finalizing the construction of its own GMP production facility.

To take the next step in this exciting journey, XNK Therapeutics is now looking to recruit laboratory engineers with GMP and cell production experience to join the company. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of the NK cell-based therapies and help ensure the company’s goal in becoming an important and natural component in tomorrow’s cancer treatment.

The position is full-time and based at the company’s headquarters in Novum, Huddinge. We will evaluate applications continuously and we welcome your application today!


About the position
As a Laboratory engineer, you will work with cell production and support activities. Work is conducted in clean room environment according to Standard operating procedures and documented thoroughly in batch protocols.

Your main responsibility areas include:
- Clean room operations and monitoring
- Cell therapy production
- In Process development
- Bio reactor operations
- Equipment supervision

Your profile
Key qualifications include:
- A BSc or BMA Degree or higher in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Industry experience (e.g. in biotechnological production and cell culture work) with knowledge of GMP regulation.
- Experience with ATMP production is a strong plus
- Working according to SOP’s, including experience in documentation is merited.
- Good knowledge of English both spoken and in writing.
- Basic office computing skills – Word and Excel

You are a structured person with attention to detail and ability to both identify and solve problems as they come up. Importantly, as part of a small biotech production team, the position will require a self-motivated person with a positive can-do attitude, interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
