The Role

We want to expand our R&D team with an enthusiastic Laboratory Engineer. You will plan, perform, and report experiments linked to the validation of Atlas Antibodies’ polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies. Your main focus will be on Western Blot (WB) analysis, cell culturing and Immunocytochemistry (ICC). The role is about 80 % laboratory-based and will also include improvement projects and proof of concept studies within your area of responsibility.

Your profile

You will need to have at least three years of relevant work experience and a university degree or Master’s degree in biology, cell biology or biotechnology. To succeed in this role, you have experience of Western blotting and cell culturing laboratory as well as ICC-IF analysis. We see that you are passionate about laboratory work and enjoy spending time in the lab.

You have a curious personality and a mindset of question and improve methods of working. Since you will communicate with other departments (QC, Production, IT) you need to have good communication skills and be able to work in a structured and meticulous manner. It is a merit if you have done any technical supervision or antibody validation.
