The Wound Care Division offers gentle and effective wound healing and provides a range of unique products based on a patented soft silicone technology, together with surgical, absorbent and fixation dressings.Mölnlycke Health Care started operations as an independent company in 1998 and was acquired from Apax Partners by Investor in January 2007.The company has about 5500 employees and manufacturing plants in Belgium, the Czech Republic, Finland, Malaysia, Thailand and the U.K. Please read more at www.molnlycke.com Purpose of position A laboratory equipment engineer at our R&D Ladoratory supports the organisation in keeping the laboratory equipment up to date..Keeping the overall test equipment valid and up to date according to standards and regulation to ensure correct testing facilities..Initiate new equipment investments on condition that a proper 'user requirement specification' is written and evaluated..Act as a creative and alert problem solver in order to minimize disturbance and problems due to equipment within the laboratory..In cooperation with IT-department act as the local system manager for all software used in the laboratory The position is located at headquarters Gothenburg and reports to Laboratory & Teknikum Group Manager.Background and personal qualities?.Academic background or high school diploma and 2-3 years experience of laboratory/R&D work..Deep technology and broad IT skills.Interest in learning new IT systems. .Specialist skills in the laboratory equipment area..Good negotiating skills .Deep interest in problem solving regarding instruments.Please apply for this position below, we will call for interviews continously but last day for applying will be Feb 1 2009.
