As a Laboratory Specialist - Equipment, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day, amongst other you will be:
Securing expertise within laboratory equipment and independently plan and organize implementation of new instruments in order to support the development of new models and methods for laboratory testing
Providing projects, platforms and other customers with laboratory test systems and equipment
Supporting the development and implementation of new and/or improved materials, products and concepts to meet customer needs
Do you have a couple of years of experience from a lab environment and want to grow your technical skills, specializing in our lab instruments and how we can accelerate our performance through technical enablement? You’ll receive the support you need to develop within the technical lab instrument area as we continue to grow.
You’ll make a significant contribution to our Laboratory Support and Stability Testing team through:
Identifying equipment needs and ensure that the overall test equipment is valid and up to date according to standards and regulations
Independently plan and organize implementation of new equipment to support the development of new models and methods for laboratory testing, including maintaining the relationship with suppliers
Driving and executing complex laboratory line projects
Owning the responsibility for the technical daily work regarding our laboratory equipment, including leading and performing qualification and validation of new test equipment
Conducting training sessions for new and existing equipment and create brochures and self-help manuals covering tools and equipment's specification details, information on materials and safety procedures
Tracking external state of the art technologies and ensure continuous improvement of laboratory infrastructure by keeping yourself updated on new technologies relevant to the R&D Laboratory

What you’ll need
Master of Science in Engineering/University degree in technology, chemistry or an equivalent field,
A couple of years of experience from working in a lab environment, preferably a GLP controlled laboratory
Deep interest in problem solving regarding technological issues and software installation
Problem solving skills, a curious mindset and analytical
Stakeholder management skills, being able to build trusting relationships
Independent and team working skills
Proficient level in Swedish and English, written and spoken
