Do you want to work at an expanding company with high-quality research products in the Life Science area? Founded in 2006, Atlas Antibodies has grown organically since its inception. We are currently about 70 employees who develop, produce, market and sell research reagents to scientists at academic and industrial labs around the world. We are in an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a driven Laboratory technician. This is a recruitment at Atlas Antibodies in Bromma, Sweden with start as soon as possible.


The Role
In the role of Laboratory technician in production, you are part of the team consisting of ten employees who are responsible for manufacturing of polyclonal antibodies, monoclonal antibodies, and antigens.
The daily tasks include carrying out production related analyses and documenting results in accordance with SOP (standard operating procedure) and established routines.
You will report deviations in accordance with current routines for handling deviations. Actively participate in the work of improving and further developing processes and methods. The ideal candidate should be well structured, used to routine lab work and be capable of working in a team.


Your Profile
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are flexible, have a technical mind-set and good laboratory skills. You are passionate about laboratory work and know what it means to work towards a daily deadline.


Qualifications
In addition, you need the following qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or similar field, Alternatively good work experience as lab technician.
•Fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish


It is meriting if you have experience of:
•Bacterial cell culturing
•Protein expression
•Chromatography protein purification
•Buffer production
•Equipment responsibility, maintenance, service and troubleshooting.
•Working in LIMS/ERP system
•Working with ISO/GMP
