Labour Law has the responsibility to support management and HR primarily in labour law, negotiations and rehabilitation, as well as be trusted advisor and help develop competence within the company. Our mission is to ensure Scania acts in accordance with laws, regulations and policies and has the best prerequisites to reach our strategy and goals.
We are now expanding our team with a Labour Law Specialist! The role of Labour Law Specialist is both operational and strategic which gives you the opportunity to grow and develop your competence.
Tasks
In the role of Labour Law Specialist you will
• support and advice Scanias organisation in all Labour Law questions
• Develop, implement and follow up as well as improve our processes and methods within our area
• Follow up and implement changes in laws and agreements
• Inform and train others in our areas of responsibility
• Drive and support in contact and negotiations with the unions
• When needed support and contribute to signing of local agreements, policies etc
Your Profile
You have a Law degree or an educational background in Human Resources. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience within the area and deep knowledge of labour law. Experience handling disputes is neccesary as well as experience working consultative, with information and teaching others. Its also good if you have experience working in projects.
As a person you are extrovert, pedalogical, diplomatic, analytical and have strong problem solving skills. To be successfull in this role it´s important that you have the ability to create and retain relations with others.
You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
