Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior LabView Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop LabView software solutions to implement interfaces for electrical tests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of LabView-based testing into the subsystems.
Interface with Siemens TIA PLC systems to control and monitor electrical tests.
Work with test equipment, including Stahl GH200, National Instruments CIRO, Zeltwanger Leaktest, and Gustav Klein Source Sink Testing, to conduct electrical tests.
Establish communication protocols such as CAN via UDS to the battery pack for data exchange.
Troubleshoot and debug LabView software and hardware as needed to ensure test accuracy and reliability.
Document software designs, configurations, and test procedures.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the testing process.
What you bring:
Proven experience in LabView software development and implementation.
Proficiency in working with Siemens TIA PLC systems for automation and control.
Familiarity with the operation and utilization of test equipment, including Steel GH200, National Instruments CIRO, Zeltwanger Leaktest, and Gustav Klein Source Sink Testing.
Expertise in setting up communication protocols, specifically CAN via UDS, for data exchange to battery packs or other systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Meritorious:
Previous experience in a similar role in the electrical testing or automotive industry.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards related to electrical testing.
Certification or training in LabView programming.
