How to contribute to our vision
For our Service Operations and delivery team in Jönköping (Sweden), we are looking for a skilled and dedicated Stock keeper to support with:
Coordinating, checking, and advising about the site needs/demands as well as defining the technical scope (supplier contact) of needs/demands and preparing a proposal for Site Management.
Keeping track of orders placed, checking new deliveries, and setting up general (re)certification of all tools, lifting equipment and PPE, in accordance with established processes and routines.
Working for continuous improvement regarding productivity, KPI’s and other related targets for the stock keeper function.
Ensuring systems are up to date and minimal stock levels are defined based on availability and orders/delivery timeframe. In addition, the Stock Keeper is responsible for ensuring accuracy of data integrity within SAP.
Managing chemicals on site(s), e.g., ensuring that local rules and legislations as well as SGRE guidelines are fulfilled.
Inventory of onsite storage in accordance with established processes and routines.
Supporting with purchasing process and other service-related administrative tasks.
Reporting work related faults or deficiencies to enable relevant updates of work methods within the work group.
Working in alignment with short- and long-term goals and directives where safety, environment, quality and customer satisfaction always have the highest priority.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change the world to renewable energy.
The ideal candidate holds an academic degree or similar in combination with thorough practical experience with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in logistics or spare parts, ideally gained in the wind industry and/or in a big and structured company.
Fluency both in English are Swedish is expected and a solid technical understanding is a must for this position. Good IT skills specially with MS Office package and SAP will help you to be successful in this role.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency and proactivity, and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can also work independently to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
