Stora Ensos Paper Division is running a project to develop processes and capabilities to be able to operate Logistics procurement activities in the future.
We are now looking for a Land logistics procurement Manager for the Nordic area - first joining the project and later taking responsibilities for procurement in the defined scope.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Contribute and be an active project team member for the Land stream under the overall change project
Implement strategic sourcing processes in defined scope
Lead and develop Land logistics category in the Nordic area as well as you are responsible of service levels, capacity and budget
Manage and develop supplier base to meet the needs of Stora Ensos Paper customers
Monitor market development supporting the sourcing strategy and to explore new opportunities

Qualifications
To thrive in this role you are a driven and focused team player who provides excellent team leadership. You coach, challenge and motivate your colleagues and your business partners. You contribute in supporting Dispatch team in problem solving and you are an effective negotiator within agreements with suppliers in different areas.
As a person you are highly structured and systematic in your way of working. You take initiatives and have a proactive and business-oriented approach and a good ability to build trust.
In addition to above you have:
University degree in logistics, supply chain, business economics or equivalent
Five years of international commercial experience – preferably in logistics area
Strong interest and/or knowledge in rail and road market and good understanding of strategic sourcing practices
Fluent in English – spoken and written

The role requires some international travelling.
